How It Works

  1. Submit request with phone number or email linked to your account.
  2. Our support team verifies account ownership before processing.
  3. You receive confirmation after request completion.

Data Deletion Details

  • Deleted: profile details, saved addresses, wishlist, and app preferences.
  • May be retained: order invoices, payment, and transaction records as required by applicable tax/accounting and legal obligations.
